Gary is the Chief Executive Officer of Centerline Health Partners with more than 25 years of progressive healthcare experience, demonstrating exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and a proven track record of driving growth.  Gary also served as the company’s President prior to being promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Centerline, he was Executive Vice President of Value Based Care and Hospital Medicine Operations for a national physician practice management company. Gary previously held executive leadership positions in several nationwide corporate healthcare companies focused on outsourced clinical services to hospitals and health systems. Gary’s proficiency lies in developing and leading strong teams with an emphasis on generating positive results. As a servant leader, Gary produces positive clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. Gary has a Diploma in Nursing from Charity Hospital School of Nursing in New Orleans, Louisiana, Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama, and a Master of Business Administration with emphasis in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Wes joined Centerline Healthcare Partners with more than 25 years of experience in operational finance management in several industries including emergency care and physician practice management. Wes is a valued strategic member of the Centerline team focused on building and driving results by bringing his insight to financial operations, contract management, and revenue cycle management. He recently served as chief financial officer in a multisite physician services business to develop and execute a long-term plan. He previously worked as senior director of finance for one of the nation’s leading physician practice management companies that provides integrated facility-based physician services. In that role, Wes was responsible for new business proforma analysis, financial reporting, contract management, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets for more than 200 contracts across 20 states. Wes received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama.

Dr. Oommen joined Centerline Healthcare Partners as chief operating officer and is a principal founder of Trumen Physicians + Associates, PLLC, a Centerline affiliate practice. He has dedicated his career to providing high-quality patient care to patients in the post-acute and long-term care space. Dr. Oommen and his colleagues are responsible for growing Trumen to its current 75+ board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, all of whom share his passion for providing excellent care to the aging population. A Houston native, he completed his medical training in internal medicine at Michigan State University and went on to complete a Geriatric Fellowship at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu. Dr. Oommen is board certified in geriatric medicine, is a Certified Medical Director through the American Medical Directors Association (AMDA), and is an active member of AMDA-The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care. Over the years he has served as medical director for various facilities in the Greater Houston area. In addition to Dr. Oommen’s clinical and administrative duties, he serves as Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Geriatric and Palliative Medicine at The University of Texas Medical School of Houston. His commitment to excellence has been recognized and honored by his selections as Medical Director of the Year by Lifecare for the Gulf States Region in 2006, Medical Director of the Year for the Eastern Division for 2009, and nomination for AMDA Medical Director of the Year in 2009.

Dr. Lockhart joined Centerline Healthcare Partners as chief medical officer and is a partner at Trumen Physicians + Associates, PLLC, a Centerline affiliate practice. He has practiced medicine in Houston in the long-term care space since 1997 and has worked extensively in facilities as an attending physician and as a medical director. He received his medical degree from McGovern Medical School at UTHealth and is board certified in internal medicine. He is a Certified Medical Director through the American Medical Directors Association (AMDA) and an active member of AMDA-The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care.

Kristin joined Centerline Healthcare Partners with more than 15 years of operations experience across several fields, including healthcare, education, and public relations. Kristin has extensive experience in coordinating, developing, and executing high-priority initiatives to better operationalize hospital-based physician practices nationally. She recently served as a manager of core operations for a large, national physician management company where she developed and implemented site-specific operational plans for more than 350 programs. She has worked with clinical and field operations leaders across the acute, post-acute, and outpatient settings, providing management and oversite of several key initiatives related to standardizing the quality of care. Additionally, Kristin served as an operations manager at the corporate office for a national hospital organization. Her duties spanned many departments, including contract administration, metrics management, and data utilization for day-to-day operations. Kristin has a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Marquette University.

Dr. Trumble joined Centerline Healthcare Partners as physician advisor and cofounded Trumen Physicians + Associates, PLLC, a Centerline affiliate practice. He started his medical training at The University of Texas Health Sciences Center Houston followed by residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in geriatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine, geriatrics, and hospice/palliative care. He is a Certified Medical Director through the American Medical Directors Association (AMDA) and an active member of AMDA-The Society of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. Dr. Trumble is a practicing physician and medical director.

Dr. Ankit Punatar, MD grew up in Ohio and attended Wright State University for his undergraduate studies.  He completed medical school at Ohio State University, receiving honors and letters of commendation in multiple subjects.  Thereafter, he completed his medical training at The Mayo Clinic in Arizona.  After practicing medicine in numerous different areas, Dr. Punatar developed a care model for senior care centers that is truly patient-centered.  He prides himself on ensuring that his team is easily accessible, and that loved ones can be included in the care planning process.  Despite being a Buckeye to the core, he is proud to call Dallas home with his wife and two sons.

A native of Dallas, Dr. Grady Goodwin, MD earned an undergraduate business degree from the University of Texas at Austin and worked as a certified public accountant before returning to school for his medical doctorate at Texas Tech University. He completed his post-graduate training in internal medicine at Baylor University Medical Center and remained on staff as a hospitalist from 2006 until 2012. For several years he served as medical director of the Medprovider Inpatient Care Unit at Baylor before leaving to help start a large post-acute care practice. Since that time, his clinical focus has been caring for residents in senior living communities. Dr. Goodwin is board certified in internal medicine. He and his wife, fellow physician Dr. Tara Goodwin, have three wonderful children.

Melissa is a strong accounting professional with over 20 years of experience. She is accomplished in guiding financial strategies that contribute to exponential organizational growth and has extensive knowledge of managing financial operations. She began her career in internal audit in the mortgage industry prior to moving into accounting within the concrete and aggregate industry and later healthcare industry. She is adept in improving internal controls to mitigate risks and in developing high-performing teams. Melissa has been a North Texas resident since 1987 and regularly volunteers and participates in community events. She is also a champion of education and is a member of P.E.O. International, a philanthropic organization committed to educating women and motivating them to reach their highest aspirations. Melissa is also a proud mom to two children, and in her free time enjoys reading, movies, hiking, dining, and traveling.
